2. पयाावरण (संरक्षण) जनयम, 1986 के जनयम 5 के ईप-जनयम (3) के खंड (घ) में “पांच सौ पतैं ालीस ददन”
िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, "सात सौ पच्चीस ददन" िब्द ऄंतःस्ट्थाजपत दकए िाएगं ।े

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th March, 2020
S.O. 1127(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 6 and 25 of the Environment
(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further
to amend the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, namely:—
1. (1) These rules may be called the Environment (Protection) Amendment Rules, 2020.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, in clause (d) of sub-rule (3) of rule 5, for the
words, “five hundred and forty five days”, the words, “seven hundred and twenty five days”
shall be substituted.
