CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 13th January, 2021
S.O. 147 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 4401(E)
dated 09.12.2019 had accorded approval to M/s Reshamsingh & Co. Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai for transportation of 2 TG
STATOR from M/s. BHEL, Haridwar to Yadadri via Kandla/Mundra Port during the period from December, 2019 to
November, 2020 by road with maximum safe laden weight/Gross vehicles Weight and dimensions. In the above
notification, the period for transportation may be read as “December, 2019 to July, 2021” in place of “December, 2019
to November, 2020”.
