NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th April, 2016
S.O. 1351(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) and (4) of Section 8 of the Biological
Diversity Act, 2002 (18 of 2003), the Central Government has established a body called the National Biodiversity
Authority, on and from the 1st day of October, 2003 for the purposes of the said Act. The Central Government appoints the
following non-official member to the National Biodiversity Authority for a period of three years from the date of publication
of the notification, and for that purpose amends the notification number S.O. 389(E) dated 17th February, 2010, to substitute
the entries relating to serial number 16 as follows:—
