F. No. TDB/64/2017/RR/Admin.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) and
Clause (a) of Sub-section (2) of Section 22 read with Sub-section (2) of Section (4) of Technology
Development Board Act, 1995 (44 of 1995), the Technology Development Board, with the approval of the
Central Government, hereby makes the following Regulations to amend the Technology Development Board
(Terms & Conditions of Service of the Secretary and Employees) Regulations, 2002, namely –
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Technology Development Board (Terms & Conditions of

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Technology Development Board (Terms and Conditions of Service of the Secretary and
Employees) Regulations, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as the said regulations), for regulation 6 (Schedule II)
against column (11) and (12) for following posts, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
