S.O. 1750(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15L of Securities and
Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby determines that the Securities
Appellate Tribunal shall consist of a Presiding Officer, one Judicial Member and two Technical Members to exercise the
