(आ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार ने रेल अजधजनयम 1989 (1989 का 24) (जजसे इसमें इसके पिात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20क की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जान े के पिात कक लोक प्रयोजन के जलए ऐसी भूजम का, जजसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अनुसचू ी में कदया गया ह,ै गोवा राज्य के जजला, दजिण गोवा, म ें जविेष रेल पररयोजना, अथाात, लोंडा वास्ट्को रोड़ सडकोपरी पलु समपार सं 25, 19 और 17 के पररयोजना के जलए अपेजित ह,ै ऐसी भूजम के अजान करन े के अपन ेआिय की घोषणा करती है; उक्त भूजम के जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त, इस अजधसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से तीस कदन की अवजध के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा(1) के अधीन पूवोक्त प्रयोजन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजान और उपयोग के संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा; ऐसा प्रत्येक आिेप, लोंडा वास्ट्को रोड़ सडकोपरी पलु समपार सं 25 के संबंध में सिम प्राजधकारी अथाात, प्रभारी भूजम अजान अजधकारी, उप कलेक्टर एवं उप मडं ल अजधकारी, मरमुगोवा, दजिण गोवा, लोंडा वास्ट्को रोड़ सडकोपरी पलु समपार सं 19 के संबंध म ें प्रभारी भूजम अजना अजधकारी उप कलेक्टर एवं उप मडं ल अजधकारी, सालसेट को और लोंडा वास्ट्को रोड़ सडकोपरी पुल समपार स ं 17 के संबंध में प्रभारी भूजम अजान अजधकारी उप कलेक्टर एव ं उप मडं ल अजधकारी, क्यूपेम को जलजखत म ें ककया जाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपवर्णणत ककए जाएंग े तथा सिम प्राजधकारी, आिपे कता ा का वैयजक्तक रूप से या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम स े सुनवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसे सभी आिपे ों की सुनवाई करन े तथा ऐसी और 2641 GI/2020 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] जांच, यकद कोई हो, करन े के पिात जो सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझ,े आदिे द्वारा, आिेपों को या तो अनुज्ञात या अननुज्ञात कर सकेगा; Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Incharge Land Acquisition Officer Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer, Mormugao, for Londa Vasco Road over Bridge in lieu of level crossing No.25, Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer Salcete for Londa Vasco Road over Bridge in lieu of level crossing No.19 and Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer Quepem, for Londa Vasco Road over Bridge in lieu of level crossing No.17 in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections;
