New Delhi, the 26th December, 2017
S.O. 84(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the Railway
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, hereby makes
following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways notification
number S.O. 3096(E), dtd. 06.11.2017 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3,
Sub-section (i) dated on 17.11.2017 namely:—
For notification vide S.O. 3096(E), dtd. 06.11.2017: Earlier brief description of the land to be
acquired, with or without structures, for Village Jhabrera Distt. Haridwar (UK) falling within the proposed
Special Railway Project of Deoband-Roorkee (New Line) in District Haridwar in the state of Uttrakhand may
be treated as cancelled for Sl. No. 82, 83, 84, 85 & 86 and revised description and area of the land to be
acquired, with or without structures, for Village Jhabrera Distt. Haridwar (UK) (Sl. No. 82, 83, 84, 85 &
