This notification, No. 61/2015-Customs, issued by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, amends Notification No. 12/2012-Customs, dated March 17, 2012. The amendment, enacted under the powers conferred by subsection (1) of Section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962, omits clauses "ab" and "ad" from the proviso in the table of the principal notification. This change is deemed necessary in the public interest. The notification is dated December 30, 2015, and was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Subsection i.
