(i) These regulations may be called the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda (Amendment) Regulations, 2024. (ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda, Regulations, 2021 in regulations 35, the following explanation shall be inserted, namely :- “Explanation: For the purpose of this regulation “other conditions of service” that apply to the regular employees of the Institute to also include the service conditions of every person who is employed in two anteceding institutions namely, Shree Gulabkunverba Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Jamnagar, the Indian Institution of Ayurvedic Pharmaceutical Sciences, Jamnagar and Department of Swasthvritta who became the employees of the Institute of Teaching and Research in Ayurveda”.
