New Delhi, the 30th January, 2017
S.O. 293(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 3(D) of the National
Highways Act 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.1346 (E) dated the 7th April 2016,
published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 7th April 2016 namely
In the Schedule of the aforesaid English version of the notification
Sirumaruthur village
(a) In the Notification in page No.13 S.F.No.3/2 after sub division 3/2B for the entry “Government
Poramboke” the entry “Private Wet” shall be substituted.
(b) In the Notification in page No.13 S.F.No.4/2 after sub division 4/5 for the entry “Private Wet” the entry
“Government Poramboke” shall be substituted.
(c) In the Notification in page No.14 S.F.No.18/1 after sub division 18/3 for the entry “Private Wet” the entry
“Government Poramboke” shall be substituted.
(d) In the Notification in page No.14 S.F.No.18/2 after sub division 18/5 for the entry “Private Wet” the entry
