NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th September, 2015
G.S.R. 708(E).—In exercise of the poweRs. conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Service
Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule 2 of Rule 4 of Indian Forest Service (Cadre) Rules, 1966, the Central
Government in consultation with the Government of Punjab hereby makes the following regulations further to amend
the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, namely :-
1. (i) These regulations shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Fourth Amendment
Regulations, 2015.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Forest Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1966, for the heading
"Punjab" and the entries occurring there under, the following shall be substituted, namely :-

G.S.R. 709(E).—In exercise of the poweRs. conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India
Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) the Central Government in consultation with the Government of Punjab
hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Rules, 2007 namely:-
1. (i) These Rules shall be called the Indian Forest Service (Pay) Fourth Amendment Rules, 2015.
(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
