S.O. 2663(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the
Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of
India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas published vide S.O. No. 2144(E), dated 15 th June,
2016 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 17th June, 2016 as under namely,
In the Said Notification at Page No.7 in line No. 45 “The Survey/Block No. 100/1+2+3 and its
Area 00-19-25” shall be deleted and it should be read as “Survey/Block No. 101/1+2+3 Area
00-19-25”.
At page No. 8 in line No.1 & at Page No.17 in line No. 21 “In Bet. Suy. No.100/1+2+3 & 645
(G/L Cart Track)” shall be deleted and it should be read as “In Bet. Suy. No.101/1+2+3 & 645
(G/LCart Track).”
