S. O. 2923(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes
the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas,
number S.O. 256(E) dated 15th January 2018, published at pages no. 8 and 12 in Part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii) of the
Extra ordinary Gazette of India, dated 16th January 2018, namely :-
In the Schedule to the said notification:-
SCHEDULE
1) In Page 8 (Hindi) published as “Village - 36.Veerikudi”, Taluk- Tiruchuli, read as “Village - 36.Veerakudi,
Taluk- Tiruchuli, District- Virudhunagar, State-Tamil Nadu”.
