No. PGI/E3/2019/Commbra/000686.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 32 of
the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, Act, 1966 (51 of 1966), the Postgraduate
Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh with the approval of the Central Government, hereby makes
the following amendments in Regulations to amend the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research,
Chandigarh, Regulations, 1967, namely:-
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research,
Chandigarh (amendment) Regulations, 2019.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4]
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. In the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, Regulations, 1967, a
