NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 21st December, 2018
S.O. 6257(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) the Central Government hereby make the following amendments in the Notification of the
Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 5610 (E), dated the 31st October,
2018 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), dated 31st October, 2018
namely:-
In the preamble to the said notification:-
1. In Para-1st in the fifth line for the entry Km. 11.5 to Km. 134.7 (Amethi)”, the entry “ Km. 64.110 to
Km. 113.670” shall be substituted.
2. In Para-3rd in the first line for the entry “Special Land Acquisition Officer” the entry “Sub-Divisional
Magistrate, Musafirkhana” Shall be Substituted,
