Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government, hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification, of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways, number S.O. 3581(E) dated the 9th November, 2017 published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary Part-II, Section-3, Sub-Section (ii), namely:—
1. In the English version of the schedule of the said notification :—
I. The entry made in page 14, Column No. 4 “Name of the Village” “Magna (J.L.No. 76)" shall be read
as "Magura (J.L.No. 76)" .
II. The separation line drawn in Column No. 3 & 4 between Sl. No. 178 & 179 to be removed. A
separation line to be drawn in Column No. 4 between Sl. No. 172 & 173.
III. A separation line to be drawn in Column No. 4 between Sl. No. 238 & 239.
IV. A separation line to be drawn in Column No. 4 between Sl. No. 308 & 309.
