New Delhi, the 9th November, 2017
S.O. 3580(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section(1) of Section 3A of the National
Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government, hereby
makes the following amendment in the notification, of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road
Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1277(E) dated the 21st April, 2017 published in the Gazette of India,
Extraordinary Part-II, Section-3, Sub-Section(ii), namely:—
In the schedule of the said notification:-
1. Against Sl. No.-2, Village Mahuli (J.L.No-119), the entry made in Column No. 5 shall be read as
"756/1228" instead of "1203/1228",
2. Against Sl. No.-65, Village Nurpur (J.L.No-115), the entry made in Column No. 5 shall be read as "612"
instead of "672", in Column No. 7 shall be read as "Pukur" instead of "Shaali" and in Column No. 8 shall
be read as "0.040" instead of "0.0275".
3. At the end of the Schedule a new row shall be added in which Against Column No. 1 Sl. No.-
