NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th July, 2018
S.O. 3495(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3A of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road, Transport and Highways number
S.O. 2004(E), dated 18th May, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),
dated the 18th May, 2018, namely :—
i. The entry against para no.(1), line (4), for “(widening/ two lane with paved shoulder/ four laning etc.,),
maintenance, management and operation of NH3 in the stretch of land from Km 239.937 to Km 294.19
(SDM, Office Kolaras)” read “(widening / four laning etc.), maintenance, management and operation of
National Highway No.03 on the Stretch of land from Km. 239.937 to Km. 294.190 of (Shivpuri - Guna
Section)”
ii. The entry against para no. (3), line (1), for “Sub Divisional Officer,’’ read “Sub-Divisional Officer
(Revenue), Kolaras’’.
iii. The entry against title of schedule for “falling NH3 in the stretch of land from NH3 (SDM, Office kolaras)
