S.O. 569(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways
Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby make the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways S.O. No.
3472(E) dated 17.11.2016, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) dated
17th November, 2016 namely.
In the Schedule of the aforesaid notification.
1. In English Schedule, in Column number (5) of Block/Survey number at row number 8 of “40” shall be read as “30”.
