S.O. 2098(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section
(1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby
appoints the Additional Director General (Adjudication), Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi to act as
a Common Adjudicating Authority to exercise the powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on
the officers mentioned in column (4) of the Table below in respect of the noticees mentioned in column (2) of
