New Delhi, the 5th December, 2018
G.S.R. 1189(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Consumer
Protection Act 1986 (68 of 1986) read with sub-rule 1 of rule 3 of the Consumer Protection Rules, 1987, the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs GSR No. 439(E) dated 1st May, 2018
with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
In the said notification, in paragraph 1 for serial number (27), the entry relating thereto, the following entry shall be
substituted namely:-
