S.O. 1420(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 43 of the
Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003) and in consultation with the Chief Justice
of the concerned High Court, the Central Government hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of
Revenue) number S.O. 372(E), dated the 5th February, 2016, namely :—
In the Table to the said notification, for serial number 25 and the entries relating thereto, the
following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely :—
