In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 52 of the Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 (39 of 1989), the Board of Directors of the Small Industries Development Bank of India hereby makes the following amendments to the Small Industries Development Bank of India (Staff) Regulation, 2001, namely.

1. इस िविनयमावली को भारतीय लघ ु उ(cid:2)ोग िवकास ब(cid:6)क ((cid:21)टाफ) संशोधन िविनयमावली, 2015 के ’प म (cid:10) जाना
जाएगा।
2. यह िविनयमावली 01 जून, 2015 से (cid:11)भावी होगी।
3. क) िविनयमावली 3(छ) म(cid:10) श,द “इससे संल. अनुसूची म”(cid:10) को हटा (cid:25)दया जाएगा।
ख) िविनयमावली 3(ज) (i) म(cid:10) श,द “ उ(cid:16) अनुसूची म(cid:10) िविन2द3” को हटा (cid:25)दया जाएगा।
(ii) िविनयमावली 3(ज) (ii) म(cid:10) श,द “अनुसूची म(cid:10) िविन2द3 (cid:11)ािधकारी” “और वह”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st June, 2015
“The Small Industries Development Bank of India (Staff) [Amendment] Regulations, 2015”
F.No. HRV No. 1231/Staff General (2). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
Section 52 of the Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 (39 of 1989), the Board of
Directors of the Small Industries Development Bank of India hereby makes the following
amendments to the Small Industries Development Bank of India (Staff) Regulation, 2001,
namely:—
1. These Regulations may be called the Small Industries Development Bank of India (Staff)
[Amendment] Regulations, 2015.
2. These Regulations would come into force with effect from June 01, 2015.
3. (a) In Regulation 3 (g) the words “in the schedule annexed hereto” after the word ‘Appellate
Authority’ shall be omitted;
(b) (i) In Regulation 3(h) (i) words “specified in the schedule” shall be omitted;
(ii) In Regulation 3(h) (ii) words “authority specified in the schedule and is the” shall be omitted;
(c) Regulation 3(o) ‘Schedule’ shall be omitted.
4. In Regulation 49 words “as specified in the schedule annexed hereto” may be substituted by the words
“designated as per delegation of powers approved by the Board”
5. Schedule appended to the Regulations shall be omitted.
