1. (1) इन विवनयमों को भारतीय लघ ुउद्योग विकास बैंक पेंशन [संशोिन] विवनयम, 2026 कहा जाएगा।
(2) इन संशोिनों को 6 फरिरी, 2026 से लाग ूमाना जाएगा।
2. भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक पेंशन विवनयम, 2002 (जिसे आगे "प्रमुख विवनयम" कहा िाएगा) के विवनयम 15 में, उप-विवनयम (1) में, खंड (ख) में, अंक "375/-" को, अंक "3500/-" से प्रवतस्थावपत ककया िाएगा।
3. प्रमुख विवनयमों के विवनयम 16 म,ें दसूरे पैराग्राफ में, अंक "375/-" को, अंक "3500/-" से प्रवतस्थावपत ककया िाएगा।
4. प्रमुख विवनयमों के विवनयम 36 म,ें उप-विवनयम (2) में, अंक "375/-" को, अंक "3500/-" से प्रवतस्थावपत ककया िाएगा।
5. प्रमुख विवनयमों के विवनयम 37 म,ें अंक "375/-" को अंक "3500/-" से प्रवतस्थावपत ककया िाएगा।
6. प्रमुख विवनयमों के विवनयम 41 म,ें उप-विवनयम (5) को वनम्नवलवखत उप-विवनयम से प्रवतस्थावपत ककया जाएगा: - 1628 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] "(5) पाररिाररक पेंशन की सािारण दर िेतन का तीस प्रवतशत होगी, ककंतु यह न्यूनतम रु.9,000/- (नौ हजार रुपये मात्र) प्रवत माह और अजधकतम बैंक में प्रजत माह उच्चतम िेतन के तीस प्रवतशत के अधीि होगी।“
7. प्रमुख विवनयमों के विवनयम 41 के बाद, वनम्नवलवखत विवनयम शावमल ककया िाएगा: - "42. पेंशनभोवगयों की मूल पेंशन 31 अक्टूबर, 2017 को या उससे पहले सेिावनिृत्त होने िाले कममचाररयों की मूल पेंशन को, 6 फरिरी, 2026 से, नीचे दी गई तावलका में उवललवखत दर से आिुमाजिक रूप से बढाया िाता ह:ै - क्रम सेिावनिृवत्त की तारीख के अनुसार पेंशनभोगी की पुिरीजित पेंशन के वनिामरण के वलए गुणांक श्रेणी संख्या i. 01.11.2002 से पहले सेिावनिृत्त हुए पेंििभोगी मौजूदा मूल पेंशन को 5.92 के गुणांक से पुिरीजित ककया जाएगा, अथामत, रु.100/- की मौजूदा मूल पेंशन को पुिरीजित (क) 02.04.1990 से 31.10.1992 कर रु.592/- की मूल पेंशन ककया जाएगा। (ख) 01.11.1992 से 31.10.1997 (ग) 01.11.1997 से 31.10.2002 ii. 01.11.2002 से 31.10.2007 तक सेिावनिृत्त मौजूदा मूल पेंशन को 3.98 के गुणांक से पुिरीजित ककया हुए पेंििभोगी जाएगा, अथामत, रु.100/- की मौजूदा मूल पेंशन को पुिरीजित कर रु.398/- की मूल पेंशन ककया जाएगा। iii. 01.11.2007 से 31.10.2012 तक सेिावनिृत्त मौजूदा मूल पेंशन को 2.87 के गुणांक से पुिरीजित ककया हुए पेंशनभोगी जाएगा, अथामत, रु.100/- की मौजूदा मूल पेंशन को पुिरीजित कर रु.287/- की मूल पेंशन ककया जाएगा। iv. 01.11.2012 से 31.10.2017 तक सेिावनिृत्त मौजूदा मूल पेंशन को 1.63 के गुणांक से पुिरीजित ककया हुए पेंशनभोगी जाएगा, अथामत, रु.100/- की मौजूदा मूल पेंशन को पुिरीजित कर रु.163/- की मूल पेंशन ककया जाएगा। नोट: िास्तविक लाभ 6 फरिरी, 2026 से देय होंगे और इस वतवथ से पहले की अिवि के वलए बकाया(एररयसच) का भुगतान िहीं ककया िाएगा। संदीप िमाम, मुख्य महाप्रबंिक [जिज्ञापि-III/4/असा./738/2025-26] प्रमाजणत ककया िाता ह ै कक भारतीय लघ ु उद्योग विकास बैंक के वनदेशक मंडल ने 06 फरिरी, 2026 को नई कदलली में आयोवजत अपनी बैठक में भारतीय लघु उद्योग विकास बैंक पेंशन [संशोिन] विवनयम, 2026 को अिुमोकित और अंगीकृत ककया था। वहमांशु राजेंद्र अस्थाना, महाप्रबंिक SMALL INDUSTRIES DEVELOPMENT BANK OF INDIA
NOTIFICATION Lucknow, the 2nd March, 2026 “Small Industries Development Bank of India Pension [Amendment] Regulations, 2026” HRDV No. 02112 /Staff—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 52 of the Small Industries Development Bank of India Act, 1989 (39 of 1989), the Board of Directors of the Small Industries Development Bank of India hereby amends the Small Industries Development Bank of India Pension Regulations, 2002, as follows, namely:—
1. (1) These Regulations may be called the Small Industries Development Bank of India Pension [Amendment] Regulations, 2026.[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
(2) These Amendments shall be deemed to have come into force on 6th February, 2026.
2. In regulation 15 of the Small Industries Development Bank of India Pension Regulations, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as “the Principal Regulations”), in the sub-regulation (1), in clause (b), for the figures “375/-”, the figures “3500/-” shall be substituted.
3. In regulation 16 of the Principal Regulations, in second paragraph, for the figures “375/-”, the figures “3500/-” shall be substituted.
4. In regulation 36 of the Principal Regulations, in the sub-regulation (2), for the figures “375/-”, the figures “3500/-” shall be substituted.
5. In regulation 37 of the Principal Regulations, for the figures “375/-”, the figures “3500/-” shall be substituted.
6. In regulation 41 of the Principal Regulations, for sub-regulation (5), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted, namely:— “(5) The ordinary rate of family pension shall be thirty percent of the Pay, subject to a minimum of Rs.9,000/- (Rupees Nine Thousand only) per month and a maximum of thirty percent of highest pay per month in the Bank.”
7. After regulation 41 of the Principal Regulations, the following regulation shall be inserted, namely:— “42. Basic pension of pensioners With effect from 6th February, 2026, the basic pension of the employees retired on or before 31st October, 2017 is notionally increased at the rate as mentioned in the table below, namely:— Sr. No. Category of Pensioner according to date of Multiplication factor for fixation of revised pension retirement i. Pre 01.11.2002 retirees Existing basic pension will be revised by a factor of
(a) 02.04.1990 to 31.10.1992 5.92, i.e., the existing basic pension of ₹100/- will be revised to basic pension of ₹ 592/-.
(b) 01.11.1992 to 31.10.1997
(c) 01.11.1997 to 31.10.2002 ii. Pensioners retired from 01.11.2002 to Existing basic pension will be revised by a factor of
31.10.2007 3.98, i.e., the existing basic pension of ₹100/- will be revised to basic pension of ₹ 398/-. iii. Pensioners retired from 01.11.2007 to Existing basic pension will be revised by a factor of
31.10.2012 2.87, i.e., the existing basic pension of ₹100/- will be revised to basic pension of ₹ 287/-. iv. Pensioners retired from 01.11.2012 to Existing basic pension will be revised by a factor of
31.10.2017 1.63, i.e., the existing basic pension of ₹100/- will be revised to basic pension of ₹163/-.
