NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th April, 2016
S.O. 1434(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 58 of the Motor
Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the
notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport No. S.O. 728(E) dated
the 18th October, 1996 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-ll, Section 3, sub-section (ii),
dated the 18th October, 1996, namely:—
In the Schedule to the said notification, after item III and entries thereto, the following item and
entries relating thereto, shall be inserted, namely:—
