S.O. 3940(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 58
of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the
following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the
erstwhile Ministry of Surface Transport, (Transport Wing), number S.O.728(E), dated
the 18th October, 1996, namely:-
