In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5A of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952) the Central Govt., hereby reconstitutes the Central Board of Trustees.

Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 (19 of 1952) the Central Government
hereby reconstitutes the Central Board of Trustees (Employees’ Provident Fund) and makes the following
amendment in this Ministry’s Notification published in the Gazette of India having No. S.O. 1330 (E) dated
23rd May, 2013.
