NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th April, 2016
S.O. 1545(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (Central Act 50 of 1962) the Central Government
hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum &
Natural Gas S.O. 340 (E) dated 1st February 2016 published in pages 1 to 12 in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the
Gazette of India, dated 3rd February 2016, namely:-
In the notification S.O. No. 340(E) dated 1st February 2016 published in the Gazette on 3rd February 2016:-
1. At page no. 8 all survey no. published under village Puthenkurissu (block no. 39) and village Thiruvaniyoor
(block no. 40) shall be considered and read under Taluk Kunnathunad District Ernakulam in Kerala.
2. All survey numbers published under village Thiruvankulam(block no. 10) from page no. 8, village Kureekad
(block no. 11) from page no. 9, village Kanayannur(block no. 12) from page no. 10, village Manakunnam (block
no. 19) from page no. 11 shall be considered and read under Taluk Kanayannur District Ernakulam in Kerala.
3. The date of notification mentioned in the Hindi version shall be considered and read 01-02-2016 in place of 01-
02-2015.
