Standards Act, 1986 (63 of 1986), the Central Government hereby appoints Smt. Surina Rajan, IAS (HY:1985),
Additional Secretary, Department of Defence Production as Director General, Bureau of Indian Standards in the
rank and pay of Additional Secretary to the Government of India w.e.f. 12th September, 2017 (A/N) till she attains
the age of superannuation, i.e. up to 31st August, 2019 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
