S.O. 4136(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Cable Television
Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995 (7 of 1995), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments
in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, number S.O. 2693(E),
dated the 5th September, 2013, namely:-
In the said notification, in Table-I,—
(i) after serial number 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted,
namely:—
“27 DD Yadagiri General Entertainment (Regional)” ;
(ii) against serial number 6, under the heading “Genre”, for the word “infotainment”, the words and brackets “News
and Current Affairs (English)” shall be substituted.
