New Delhi, the 12th December, 2018
S.O. 6211(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), read with clause (g) of sub-
section (3) of Section 3 of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government hereby
nominates Shri K. Sanjay Murthy, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government
of India, as Member of the Delhi Development Authority, with immediate effect.
2. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 5 of the Delhi Urban Art Commission
Act, 1973 (1 of 1974), the Central Government appoints Shri K. Sanjay Murthy, Additional Secretary,
Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Urban Arts
Commission (DUAC), with immediate effect. The tenure of Shri Murthy as Member, DUAC shall be co-
terminus with the other Members of the Commission.
