NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd January, 2020
S.O. 58(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1), read with clause (g) of
sub- section (3) of section (3) of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government
hereby nominates Shri Kamran Rizvi, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs,
Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Development Authority, with immediate effect.
2. Further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 4 and 5 of the Delhi Urban Art
Commission Act, 1973 (1 of 1974), the Central Government appoints Shri Kamran Rizvi, Additional
Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India, as Member of the Delhi Urban
Arts Commission (DUAC), with immediate effect. The tenure of Shri Kamran Rizvi, Additional
Secretary, as Member in DUAC shall be co-terminus with the other Members of the Commission.
3. This issues in supersession of Ministry's Notification S.O. No. 4597(E) dated 16.12.2019.
