G. S. R. 433(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with clause (e) of sub-section (2)
of section 63 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (6 of 1974), the Central Government in consultation
with the Central Pollution Control Board, hereby repeals the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Environment, Forest and Climate Change published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i),
vide GSR - 221 (E) dated the 23rd March, 2015 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such repeal.
