In the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Kolkata (Multi-Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:— “3. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.” 3.
