New Delhi, the 24th July, 2019
G.S.R. 520(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the Administrative
Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985), the Central Government, on receipt of a request in this behalf from the Government of
Haryana, hereby establishes the Haryana Administrative Tribunal with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in Gazette of India, which shall be the “appointed day” within the meaning of clause (c) of Section 3 of the
said Act.
