NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th September, 2019
S.O. 3411(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Coffee Act,
1942 (7 of 1942) read with rule 3 and sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Coffee Rules, 1955, the Central Government
hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Coffee Board and for that purpose makes the
following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce and
Industry (Department of Commerce) number S.O. 1225(E) dated the 8th March, 2019, namely:-—
In the said notification, for serial numbers 2, 3 and 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial numbers and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:—
“2. Shri V. Srinivas Prasad, —Member
Member of Parliament, (He shall hold office up to the 7th March, 2022 or till he
ceases to be a member of Lok Sabha, whichever is earlier).
