O. 1515(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Coffee Act, 1942 (VII of 1942) read with rules 3 and sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of the Coffee Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby appoints the following person as Chairman of the Coffee Board for the period specified against his name with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Department of Commerce), number S.O. 3413(E), dated the 15th December, 2015, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely:- “1. Shri M.S. Boje Gowda, - Chairman Krishnagiri Estate, (He shall hold office upto the 14th December, 2018 or Sasaralli Village, Kaimara Post, until further orders, whichever is earlier)”.
