New Delhi, the 23rd July, 2020
S.O. 2420(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 6 of the
Export-Import Bank of India Act, 1981 (28 of 1981), the Central Government has approved extension of
tenure of Shri David Rasquinha, Managing Director (MD), Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) with
effect from 16.08.2020 and till he attains 60 years of age i.e. till 31.05.2021, or until further orders,
whichever is earlier.
