S.O. 6108(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 109 of the Motor Vehicles Act,
1988 (59 of 1988), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of
Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road
Transport and Highways) number S.O.1365(E) dated 13th December, 2004, published in Part II, section 3, sub-section (ii)
of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, namely:-
(1) In the said notification, in the Table, -
