New Delhi, the 31st December, 2019
S.O. 05(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment
(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) and in pursuance of the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile
Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1533(E), dated the 14th September, 2006, the Central
Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry
of Environment, Forest and Climate Change published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii),
vide number S.O. 554(E) dated the 30th January, 2019 and amended vide number S.O. 2951(E) dated the 16th
August, 2019, namely:-
2. In the said notification, in the paragraph 5., after serial number (7A.) the following shall be inserted,
namely:-
‘‘ (7B.) Dr. Vivek Saxena - Member;’’.
