S.O. 3697(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment
(Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India in the
Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change number S.O. 414(E), dated the 14th February, 2017, published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), except as respects things done or omitted to be
done before such rescission.
