S.O. 1881(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act,
1986 (10 of 1986) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the Central Government hereby appoints the
following persons as Members of the Spices Board for a period of three years from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the
Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce notification number S.O. 123(E), dated the 26th February,
1987, namely:-
