NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th January, 2020
S.O. 442(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Spices Board Act,
1986 (10 of 1986) read with rules 4 and 5 of the Spices Board Rules, 1987, the Central Government hereby appoints
the following person as Member of the Spices Board for a period of three years from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification
of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce number S.O. 123(E), dated the 26th February,
1987, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial number 4 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial number and
entry shall be substituted, namely:-
“4. Shri. G.V.L. Narasimha Rao, Member Elected by Rajya Sabha”.
