भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग 2, खंड 3, उप-खंड (ii) में प्रकाजित हुई थी, उन कायों जिन्द्ह ें ऐसे अजधक्रमण

S.O. 557(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Coastal
Aquaculture Authority Act, 2005 (24 of 2005), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of
India, Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Fisheries, number S.O.
1341(E), dated the 20th March, 2025, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-section (ii), except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central
Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Coastal Aquaculture Authority for
the purpose of the said Act, namely :-
(1) C hairperson appointed under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 4:
