NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th August, 2019
S.O.3070(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(3) of section 4 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24
of 1947) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Rubber Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby makes the following
amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of
Commerce published in the official Gazette vide number S.O. 1745(E), dated the 30th May, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial numbers 25 and 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial
numbers and entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely:-
“25. Km. ShobhaKarandlaje Member
Member of Parliament (She shall hold office up to the 30th May, 2020 or till she ceases to
Lok Sabha. be the Member of Lok Sabha, whichever is earlier)
26. Shri Nalin Kumar Kateel Member
