NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st August, 2017
S.O. 2435(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 4 of the Rubber
Act, 1947 (24 of 1947) read with rules 3 and 4 of the Rubber Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby
makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Commerce
and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O. 1745(E), dated the 30th May, 2017, namely:-
In the said notification, for serial numbers 25 and 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial numbers and entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely:-
“ 25. Shri B.S.Yeddyurappa, - Member
Member of Parliament, - (He shall hold office up to the 30th May, 2020
Lok Sabha. or till he ceases to be a Member of Lok Sabha,
whichever is earlier)
26. Ms. Shobha Karandlaje, - Member
