S.O. 1645(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 3657(E) dated
12.12.2013, had accorded approval to M/s Reshamsingh & Co. Pvt. Ltd, Mumbai for side by side coupling of hydraulic
axles for transportation of four stators individually during the period January, 2014 to December, 2015 from Mumbai
Port/Ennore Port by Barge to Belekheri Karwar port and from Belekheri Karwar Port to National Thermal Power
Corporation (NTPC), Kudgi, Karnataka by road with maximum safe laden weight/Gross vehicles Weight and

dimensions. In the above notification, the period for transportation may be read as “during January, 2014 to December,
