CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 5th October, 2017
S.O. 3242(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-section
3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No.
S.O. 3022(E) dated 13.09.2017 had allowed relaxation in per axle load, GVW and dimension in respect of
six extendable Semi-Trailers of M/s Dharmendra H. Goyal, Gurugram. In the above said notification the
name of owner of the vehicles in para. 1 of the Schedule may be read as M/s Dharmendra H. Goyal,
Gurugram in place of M/s FRC Logistics Private Ltd., Gurugram.
