S.O. 953(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notifications No. S.O. 96(E) dated
11.01.2017 had allowed relaxation to M/s Agarwal’s Carriers Corporation of India, Mumbai for side by side coupling of
hydraulic axles for transportation of one Stator from BHEL Haridwar to NTPC 2 x 800 MW Super Thermal Power
