CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 27th December, 2019.
S.O. 4643(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of
Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 3972(E) dated
1st November, 2019 has accorded approval to M/s Boxco Logistics India Pvt. Ltd., Mumbai for transportation of one
Generator Stator from GE Power, Sanand, Gujarat to Jawarharpur, Etah, Uttar Pradesh during the period from
November, 2019 to October, 2020 by road. In para 5 (i) of the above Notification, the specific route of the transportation
of Generator Stator may be read as :
“from GE Power, Sanand, Gujarat - Charodi – Viramgam - Behcarji - Mehsana Bypass - Palanpur -
Pindwada – Udaipur – Chittorgarh – Bhilwara – Kishangarh - Chandwaji - Jaipur – Agra – Tundla – Etah – Aaspur -
Jawarharpur, Uttar Pradesh.”
in place of
